The Cauliflower Tuesdays were born somewhere between a lie and a layover at Land’s End.
During a baseball trip, someone (I) claimed this indie-band existed — and the lads believed it just long enough for it to become true.

One hastily written country-rock tune later, here we are: fiddles, acoustic guitars, singalong choruses, and a deeply held conviction that cauliflower deserves its own anthem.
